Baby's Room is all ready - Now we just need a BABY!

Grandma Mauri painted the "you are my Sunshine" painting for above the changing table. We have two night lights above the changing table for nighttime changes. We also have a large supply of diapers from Shyann and others at the baby shower.

We already have our baby carrier and diaper bag hanging up and ready to be used! Thanks Grandma Susan.

Oliver LOVES the globe lamp and had to be convinced to put it in the baby's room versus next to his bed.
Aunt Sara just sent us the quilt for the crib and Uncle Timothy and Becky gave us the mobile. Everything in this room has been generously given to us from our friends and family. The crib was Uncle Luke's back in 1989. We have bunches of comfy cozy blankets that were made for us by various family members. Thank you everyone!

Amazing! Oliver, you didn't even have a room! Mostly, you just slept nearby so I could roll over to grab you when you started crying. Well, you did eventually get a room, but then, all you wanted to do was climb out of your crib and come find me. It'll be interesting to see where your baby winds up. Don't forget, you loved the swaddling! Love, Mom/Susan

It is a lovely spot for me to rock The Fig to sleep and change the diapers, etc. He'll never know, of course, but us caretakers will appreciate it.
